Hi. Excellent tips. I am going to promote this to my instructors. But one question. If they create channels this way, how do they tell the students to go to this tab during a live teaching event? Since we traditionally invite students to a Teams meeting and assign a channel that we will be using for our teaching, what will the students see? For example, suppose in my presentation I want to show the students all the website that I will be talking about in my presentation. Will they be able to click on the websites tab and explore these sites while I am still talking to them?

They will be able to navigate around the Team site and the websites - the websites will be seen within the Teams tab when they go to it. Students will need to be using the new meeting style (I have a video on here on that) if they want to be in a Teams meeting at the same time they are in Teams - the new meeting style creates the meeting in a separate window - so they can open both the Meeting and the site at the same time.

if the website need to login, for example Udemy and I would like to prelogin with my credential so that other user who come in don't have to remember the username or password, how do I do that?

That wouldn’t be as easy - it’s would amount to “sharing” your username and password - which I wouldn’t recommend.

Rick Dee I can’t see a way to have the credentials stored for another person. Each person visiting the website would be seen as a unique visitor and would need to authenticate.
