Namaskar guruji, Mene bhi kuj din pehle esi ek cheez samjhi , jiska mechanism dekh Kar mere asu chalak ae. :-(). I understood decompression and reverse decompression mechanism in engines. Activa ke rocker arm pe, especially exhaust vale pe, ek reverse decompression unit hota he jo kick back Ko rokta he cylinder me se compression loose karke. Kisi din uska bhi video bnae. Nayab cheez he jispe kisi ka dhena nahi Jata. It's different from normal decompression unit. It's called reverse decompression cam . Bahut pyara mechanism hae. Usme bhi ratchet free wheel vala logic he. Bas ek doubt he , Activa ke camshaft ke exhaust lobe me bhi ye ratchet mechanism hota he kya? Free wheel vala? As I understood, vahi se cam profile change Hoti he under reverse decompression. Kabhi uspe bhi video bnae . Aur ek aur swal, muje Activa old model ka alternator kholna he. Us magnet vale flywheel Ko nikalne ke lie ek puller ata he . Aap uska size bta de please and cost too.

Sir mere paas avenger 220cc bike hai isme one way mechanism wala part jo ki magnet se juda hota hai uska magnet se joodney wala bolt baar baar toot jata hai his ki waja se mai do baar one way baring badal chuka hun, ab mistry bool raha hai ki one way baring k saath saath pura set hi badal do including magnet. Sir plz.suggest me to solve my problem with minimum budget.

Gears and pinion to etni jaaldi damage nahi hota hai. Timing chain agar loose hai to replace kaar dijiyai kyunki aapnai already magnet wheel open kiya hai
