It's getting hotter and hotter every day, but summer is just beginning!
So this time, I've planned a balanced dinner to prepare your body for summer.
Vegetables, tofu, and mushrooms are ingredients you'll want to eat every day!
I've incorporated a variety of ingredients, so I hope you'll use this as a reference for deciding on your dinner menu😊

The amount is basically enough for 3 people.
Since this is home cooking, there are some rough estimates,

[Eggplant and pork stew]
2 eggplants
150g pork
2 deep-fried tofu pieces
150ml water
1/2 teaspoon granulated soup stock
1 tablespoon soy sauce 1/2
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons sake
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon ginger
[Omelette with small sardines]
3 eggs
1 tablespoon white dashi
2 tablespoons water
Small sardines
📝Day 2 menu
[Chicken fillet and cheese fries with shiso leaves]
6 chicken fillets
Salt and pepper
6 shiso leaves
Cheese
4 tablespoons flour
1 egg
2 tablespoons water
Breadcrumbs
[Komatsuna and carrots with sesame seeds]
1 bag of komatsuna
Carrots, about 2 cm
1/2 pack of shimeji mushrooms
1 tablespoon to white dashi
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Sesame seeds

[Spicy stir-fried tofu and minced meat]
200g minced pork
2 packs of firm tofu
1 bag of chives
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon sake
2 teaspoons chicken stock powder
[Eggplant with ponzu sauce]
1 eggplant
2 tablespoons ponzu sauce
2 pinches of sugar
Appropriate amount of bonito flakes

1 egg
600ml water
2 tablespoons white dashi

1 pack shimeji mushrooms
2 eringi mushrooms
2 shiitake mushrooms
2 eggs
1 tablespoon sake
10g butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
A little salt and pepper
[Chicken and burdock soup]
100g chicken
1 burdock (80g)
About 3cm carrot
1 pack firm tofu
600ml water
2 tablespoons white dashi
1 tablespoon sake
A little salt

[Sweet and spicy chicken]
400g chicken thighs
┗1 tablespoon sake
┗1 teaspoon ginger
┗Potato starch (as needed)
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon gochujang 1
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic
Chicken stock powder

[Cucumber and tomato with mozuku seaweed]
1 cucumber
1 tomato
2 packs of vinegared mozuku seaweed
Sesame seeds, as needed
[Mushroom and wakame soup]
1 shiitake mushroom
1/2 enoki mushroom
15g salted wakame seaweed
600ml water
1 tbsp chicken stock powder
2 tsp sesame oil

A family of four, with a husband who is working away from home, and two daughters (one going to high school in April😊 and one in college).

いつも見やすくて助かっています ところでレンジに使用しているガラスの器は耐熱性の何というものでしょうか?野菜が潰れなくていいですね
