Thank you for watching.
It's a fragrant May! It's a little too hot, but it's a comfortable season.
This time, I've planned a refreshing menu that you'll want to eat during this pleasant weather☘️
I hope you'll use it as a reference for deciding on your menu, such as cool side dishes and refreshing side dishes with a sour taste😊

▶Day 4 Menu

Fried lettuce with egg
Miso soup with root vegetables
✅Refreshing point
I often eat seared bonito.
I usually put new onions on top or underneath, but this time I mixed them in.
The ponzu sauce was refreshing and perfect for the refreshing season.
Lightly frying the lettuce reduces the volume so you can eat a lot of it.
The key is to heat it for a very short time so that it stays crisp!
▶Day 5 Menu
Keema curry
Carrot rapée
Salad
✅Refreshing point
Carrot rapée lets you eat a lot of carrots. It's a side dish that looks like it comes from a department store basement.
The green smell of the carrots can be greatly reduced by rubbing them with salt and then rinsing them with water.
Keema curry is a staple in my house that comes up many times (I think I'll make it again...lol)
A refreshing cafe-style dish is also good once in a while.
