I mis- stated what breakout force is. It is force of the curl of the bucket to break free dirt. So it is more to do with tilt than lift.

I give alot of credit to the TYM representative that chose that tractor for you, the diesel engine with out the need for Def fluid, a decent HP rating, the 3rd function on the hydraulics, the cab, the clutch system and over all tire size and stability of tractor. There is nothing worse than trying to doing anything with a garden tractor size compact. It's work horse. Great review.

Great review Evan, I knew from the start that the whole idea of TYM delivering the unit to you, telling you to use on your youtube homestead, they were going to tell prospective customers, instead of coming to their dealership to watch a demo of picking up gravel or buckets of dirt, Watch Country View Acres, or Lumnah Acres to see these tractors at work in real time demonstrate their many functions was a great marketing ploy and as Confucius said, "a picture is worth a thousand words", ultimately gives TYM a lot of bang for their buck in terms of advertising dollars! Always a great show, informative for even people like me, so keep up the great content.

great description of the economy pto setting and how you can use 750 but scale the rpms of the tractor back so the end result is 540 at the PTO. Great review the TYM has a lot of nice features! Definitely recommend Rim guard aka BEET JUICE for a ballast 11 lbs per gallon water soluble, biodegradable. You will get about 700 lbs per tire. TYM builds the best tractor for the dollar I’ve seen and I’ve been around the AG industry for 43yrs. They often use Kukje engines and they are phenomenal power plants and one of few that I’d choose over anything else in their class.! I just hope this merger/consolidation of TYM and Kukje doesn’t hinder their great build quality! Kukje has made engines for Deere and Cummins! TYM offers 4 models (4&5 series) that I’m aware of with Kukje engines that still have a mechanical Bosch injection pump with a completely separate dpf/regen system, ie Engines will run regardless. So hopefully any of you old school gear heads like myself can read between the lines here! DPF 👋

Very nice tractor! I actually run tubes in my rear tires. I had put the very corrosive liquid in and it kept it from eating the rims. But it did eat the valve stem out. When I went to repair it they had stated they now have a less corrosive option. Which I did it the same way. Having older equipment it helps to prolong the life of the rim. I have not had any severe rusting since I have added this type of ballast. Rear tire chains add a lot of weight also. just expensive to replace cross links. Which help in the mud also. I am sure they have a good way to hold the chains on now. I use to run them all the time logging. I have broken a few cross links. Found you have to buy a barrel full. Kinda wish I would have. It would have lasted for years. If you were to row crop is that tractor set up for 30 inch rows from the factory? The three point adjustments are really thought out well on that tractor. Would a tiller work well on there? Some times it nice to check the slow end of the machine also. I seem to be finding uses for this lately also. Since my tractor now playing a part in my gardening. It is nice to have a well rounded tractor. I do see now why some tractors are bought for certain jobs. The tractor you have has checked off a lot of my box requirements. No DEF is a big thing. It really fits your farm requirements at this time. The question is would you go bigger or one size smaller. I would bet larger. That would be due to tillage issues. Still thing it would be a good all around tractor to match what you do or could do in the future. Sad thing is tractors cultivate other tractors lol. Seems you always can use a backup or job specific tractor. Thanks for the review. They seem well thought out. Thought highly of them since first seeing them. Hope you have a great weekend!

They have a non corrosive ballast cald RIM GUARD that is what you should use. It is a beet by product, is non harmful to animals the ground or people .It is very heavy per gallon and does not eat your rims up .It is the best ballast on the market!

The old 723 was by far a better tractor. I had a 754 and two 723’s, two 603 and one 503. TYM’S problem was and is dealer reliability. The old 723 had the Perkins engine. Never had a problem with the Deutz but the front end on the 754 is weak. I put 650 to 750 hours in less than a year on the 754 and 723’s. I also had a 1004. They all pulled well. My favorite was the 503. Best quality of all of them and they were all cab tractors.

Evan, I enjoyed the review, and it seems this tractor is a good fit for your operation. My one question is, how difficult is it to remove/ reinstall the loader. Strongly recommend putting a non corrosive liquid like beet juice in your rear wheels. Makes a huge difference. Also--you should learn how to remove the loader. In certain situations it's very nice not to have that in front of you. When it's off you need to put some front weights on though. I always remove my loader when haying. Takes 5 min.

Nice review Evan. I think the loader is pretty decent. Lifting 2000 plus pallets of feed is a requirement that everybody with chickens or pigs needs. The self leveling helps with pallets a lot. All of the extra hydraulic hookups are pretty fantastic as well. No Def at that horsepower is amazing. I had no idea that was possible. Finding a dealer close to me is a showstopper though. The closest dealer is 1.5 hours away as opposed to Half hour for John Deere.
