I do agree with Tom about the dates. After retiring I've had a bad time at keeping up with the dates and even the days. I learned to monitor the date on my computer but need not to forget to change the calendar. I have truly have enjoyed your year of travels. Congratulations on "surviving" your first year. LOL The expression among RVers is "Make your plans written in sand". That has been true for us since I retired. We will use their dishwasher when boondocking because the manufacturer say theirs only uses 3 liter of water. I use more water hand washing them.

Tom, I don't like to drive at night either. When I start RV'ing I think I'll adopt the 3:30 rule. Drive till 3:30 in the afternoon or 330 miles which ever comes first.

I really do enjoy your weekly videos and I love this one. I didn't know your rig was so short. I thought you had a mid-30's length rig with a bit more room. No matter... it was enlightening to hear you talk about your travel expectations (many destinations and quickly) vs the pace you settled on as you got underway. As I plan to transition to full time, my goal is to spend 2 to 3 weeks at each stop, mostly. I'd like to think I would plan to stay in areas that would offer enough socially, from a scenery standpoint, and from a general comfort/convenience standpoint that I could easily be comfortable with an extended stay. On the flip side, I'm pretty sure I'll end up in remote places that'll require dry camping. I look forward to those too now and then. One thing for sure- I'll be getting myself a grill much like yours so I can cook myself to death! I LOVE those cooking videos :) Happy travels to you both!

Thanks so much Tim! Our previous motorhome was 35' and we decided to downsize to 31.5' so we could get into more state and national park campgrounds. 2-3 weeks would be a good stop at most places. You seriously do need to come back to Utah! We live in St George, Ut and it’s awesome! As much as we have loved it here we will be selling it all and heading out for our full time adventure in April 2020. Downsizing from almost 4,000 sq ft and 25 yrs in the same house.
