Semen retention truly is a beautiful practice. Not gunna go into depth with my personal journey with it but these last 6 months that I’ve been on it I’ve become a man reborn physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. Seen the world through a completely new and clear lens is so beautiful. I went from awkward and insular to confident and mentally strong. Hey man, all honesty, I don’t drink because I don’t like how it makes me feel. I use various forms of nicotine products at times, but I don’t smoke. The energy is just too much and it was between that or losing my energy through sex or masterbation. Is it the right answer? Probably not but I just figured I’d be honest 🤘😂. Also… I tried stopping my wet dreams, but my intuition was telling me that if I have a wet dream my body needs it and I just trust my body. I don’t really do schedules meditations anymore, I did for decades though… I got to a point where my meditation is throughout the day.. constant check-ins. Just what works for me. It was a constant trial and error to figure that out though… Try it all and see what works for you, no right or wrong answer. And listen to your intuition 🙂🙏.

As a 47 year old I feel like in general men can go a week and a half or 2 1/2 weeks at most before having an emission. However, if a man can go longer or get self control over himself I feel like that would be a good thing. That's a good question. In school they tell you wet dreams are normal and that masturbation is normal. However what if for your health's sake you want the wet dreams to stop, and also to stop lustful urges to masturbate? They don't tell you in school that porn is a drug and can give you stomachaches and headaches. But as I get older I realize wow, as a young adult I didn't feel the drug like affects of porn as much, but now that I'm older I realize how much a punch in the gut porn is, especially porn videos.
