Even when winded|liver struck as has happened before in previous fights, her ability to soak it up, stay focused, and tactically recover through Stamp's flurry was exemplary. Stamp showed grit in being able to counter all attempts to ground her, and when she eventually was, displayed a clear technical ability to read and evade Lee's intentions, extracting herself on more than one occasion. Stamp should've focused on attacking Angela with strikes first, since she's obviously the better striker. That's really her weakness, she tends to wait for her opponent to attack first. But still, she showed elite skills here. Those body shots, takedown defense, and survival of Angela's few submission attempts before her neck was finally caught. Kudos to Angela, she really proved that she's unstoppable. Love them both!❤️💪

What did we learn, Angelas weakness is body shot as previously been exposed, keeping the fight on your feet is your best chance to beat her. Do not go to the ground at all cost, know that the odds are stacked against you if that happens. Angela on the ground is not just looing for a simple submission, she is constantly transitioning and softening you up in between transitions. Her skills and submission IQ are elite level. She will learn to protect her weakness and improve on her stand up skills, she will be unstoppable. Stamp learned a lot too, she can now defend better when it goes to the ground as she did a decent job in this fight. Love the sportsmanship at the end.

It is true that in the first round, Stamp could have finished Angela with more strikes after the liver shot, but Angela tied her up, got a chance to catch her breath, and the opportunity was gone for Stamp. I think if Stamp had put together more punches in a flurry after the liver shot, she may have had a chance. Once Angela got Stamp to the mat in the second round, it was all over for Stamp, for Angela Lee is a world class grappler….

What a fight between two great fighters and champions. I honestly thought Stamps all round game would be too much for Angela but I was so impressed with Angela Lee’s stand up game. She swarmed Stamp but I think Stamp should have used her superior leg kick’s more. Then the body shot by Stamp omg that would have been the end of the fight against any other opponent. Stamp threw everything at her and landed many more blows but Angela has the heart of a lion and that was the difference as well as her superior strength which I didn’t think I’d be saying against Stamp. I hope they fight each other again. Unbelievable respect and love between these two amazing women. Well done ladies. What a fight.

I always knew that is Stamp had to face the top fighters with high powered ground games, she could not hang. Her ground game is weak and her hand game is not lethal enough to make up for the lack of ground game like Xiong Jing Nan. Hirata has the best ground game in my view, but if hit with the right punch, she can wobble. We will see how well Lee survives moving forward since she has a clear weak spot. It is so weird, that if they his her there, it basically shuts her down.

@@cindy7921 I understand that Lee is One's favorite, but Stamp has a weak ground game. Lee could not win playing Stamp's game. Stamp's team had better train her on how to avoid or escape these ground game experts! It's all about breath control, blood flow, awareness and timing!

Yes she needed to manage her distance better and tee off on Angela after hurting her so bad. Stuff the take downs and make her pay….I’m very sure stamp will do much better next time she fights Angela.👍🏽❤️
