Remember if no Edward Folyang no team lakay, no ONE FC/CHAMPIONSHIP so please better appreciate the LAKAY LEGACY. Don't tell them to train ground game because they're already through to that since URCC (if you followed them since day one you know what I mean). Just to give props to other local GYM practitioner I believe CATALAN GYM deserves a recognition as well, they also doing their part to hone and show skills representing the Philippines. "don't be a cherry picker" , kung sino malakas at sikat eh doon ka lang? give respect at show support nalng para good vibes lagi :)
