White eyelash mascara, is used before you apply your regular mascara. It makes your lashes longer. It's basically a building block for your mascara to attach to.

The white mascara you put on your lashes before you put on your regular mascara. Put on the white mascara and let it dry for a bit, then put on your regular mascara and your lashes will be longer. I do this all the time. Oh...Im a makeup artist from NYC. Happy shopping girl!!!!

The white mascara could possibly be a mascara primer. There are mascaras that actually come with the white primer on one side and the black mascara on the opposite side. I love looking and finding these type of clearance prices

Those double rolls though... I mean, what's a regular roll, 10 sheets? Lol did you see how small those rolls are? The whole roll size thing is such a gimmick. People need to pay attention to the number of sheets and the size of the sheets to know if it's a good deal or not. Going by what they say on the package as double, mega, or the x = y size, etc may not get you the best deal because those are arbitrary comparisons.
