Great video for sure.. I am trying to decide which CnC machine to purchase.. The Onefinity like the one you are showing or the Shapeoko 5. Which one do you like the best between the two companies? Thanks...

I started with a Shapeoko 3 and moved over to onefinity so that’s my personal preference. I feel the 1F has been setup in a way to allow easy upgrades which they’ve already shown and with the shapeoko you kinda get what you get size wise.

Just for anyone else watching, the Y rails are the left & right rails. The X rail is the rail across spanning to both Y rails.

I need to order one but do you feel you need the stiffy or drag chain option after your purchase?

Nope in all the time I’ve used it haven’t felt the need for those with the standard setup. When I added my spindle the drag chain and clips would have been nice, but that was solved during the upgrade
