K G Abraham, Managing Director of the Kuwait-based NBTC Group, expressed deep sorrow and commitment to support the families of the victims following a tragic fire at one of the company's accommodations in Mangaf, Kuwait. The fire, which occurred on June 12, claimed the lives of 49 workers and left 40 others receiving medical treatment.

He is not the building owner. He is the employer of the victims. It was the Kuwait Civil Defence to ensure the safety of the building. He said the compensation to the family is 4 yrs salary of the deceased employee will be sent to their family. This is apart from the Rs.8L compensation.

R u out of ur mind ???? If u people don’t know then don’t talk rubish and accuse others. He is the owner because he took it on lease so whose responsibility to maintain the building? His management right authorities r not dreaming there r millions of building they should inform them to come and do inspection or whatever requirements.

What r you trying to say??? Do you live in Kuwait? Didn’t u see he is th owner of the building ur own from Kerala. It’s his management duty to take care of the tenants for sure it must be his instructions to lock terrace door. Defence r. Not going door to door to ensure the safety do u think even if they (which. I know the do) r these asians going to follow the procedures. It’s owners ignorance and greed this tragedy happened . So don’t accuse Kuwaiti authorities if u don’t know much right?

By saying sorry will those people will be back he is the main reason and his management as well. What rubish he was crying may be crying because he is afraid now he is in deep water. How come he didn’t know what is going to happen or he should check and enquire about the situation

DONT REGRET , EACH FAMILY WHO LOST THEIR BREAD WINNER SHOULD BE PAID A CRORE EACH FOR EMPLOYER FAILURE FOR NOT TAKING INTO CONSIDERATIIN OF THE SAFETY OF WORKERS INSIDE ACCOMMODATION . INDIAN GOVERNMENT SHOULD ALSO DEMAND COMPENSATION FROM KUWAIT GOVERNMENT TOO. .
