Aselamualaikum brother, I am from Iraq/Baghdad. From Ahlusunna Waljamaa alhamdulillah. I can tell you that the Christians in Iraq, who are actually of Asyrian origin, can be very conservative and stubborn. This is also historically due to the fact that they have always tried to isolate themselves from the rest of Iraq because of their minority. They have their own language and script (Assyrian). Dawa with them can sometimes be very hard, and I speak from personal experience. May Allah swt guide them to Islam. May Allah swt reward you for your work and strengthen you, Amin.

I am an Iraqi Muslim. I am mixed, my dad is arab from Iraq and my mother is Australian. I am very proud to be Iraqi and proud to be Muslim. Our country Iraq is known for being very diverse and beautiful. I believe that everyone should come to the truth which is Islam. But our Iraqi Christians we respect them and allow them to keep their Beliefs in their religion. Maybe because the environment we grew up in Iraq. We have suffered from war, Daesh and persecution.
