I remember this. GW played a world wide campaign where people were divided into forces of Order, Disorder and registered battles with GW online. Mega-Battles were fought and event cards were received by the winners, some of the event cards were never played. The Forces of Disorder were better organized and figured out the cascade system first. More wins went to Disorder, while Order had to many generals and were very disorganized. In the end it took GW hand waving to award the victory to the Forces of Order and piss off the entire Forces of Disorder.

It's not an accent thing. He frequently mispronounces and/or misuses words and turns of phrase. At least Arch mostly contains his abuse of the language to a few nonsensical para-idioms like "in all due reality."
