Muhammad (Pbuh) would pray to "Allah" and say "I do not have this type of perfection in my soul." The Prophets love for animals was borderline psychotic. If his cats or dogs missed a meal, he would behead the guards who watched him. How many Muslims have this type of love for animals? Sahih al-Bukhari 310 Narrated `Aisha: 310"One of the wives of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) joined him in I`tikaf and she noticed blood and yellowish discharge (from her private parts) and put a dish under her when she prayed." Sahih al-Bukhari 311 Narrated `Aisha: 311 One of the mothers of the faithful believers (i.e. the wives of the Prophet (ﷺ) ) did I`tikaf while she was having bleeding in between her periods. 312 None of us had more than a single garment and we used to have our menses while wearing it. Whenever it got soiled with blood of menses we used to apply saliva to the blood spot and rub off the blood with our nails. 313 We were forbidden to mourn for a dead person for more than three days except in the case of a husband for whom mourning was allowed for four months and ten days. (During that time) we were not allowed to put kohl (Antimony eye power) in our eyes or to use perfumes or to put on colored clothes except a dress made of `Asr (a kind of Yemen cloth, very coarse and rough). We were allowed very light perfumes at the time of taking a bath after menses and also we were forbidden to go with the funeral procession . 314 A woman asked the Prophet (ﷺ) about the bath which is taken after finishing from the menses. The Prophet (ﷺ) told her what to do and said, "Purify yourself with a piece of cloth scented with musk." The woman asked, "How shall I purify myself with it" He said, "Subhan Allah! Purify yourself (with it)." I pulled her to myself and said, "Rub the place soiled with blood with it." 315 An Ansari woman asked the Prophet (ﷺ) how to take a bath after finishing from the menses. He replied, "Take a piece a cloth perfumed with musk and clean the private parts with it thrice." The Prophet (ﷺ) felt shy and turned his face. So I pulled her to me and told her what the Prophet (ﷺ) meant.

As a Mexican American revert, of almost a year, I want to share some advice to our new sisters and brothers. Do your research before telling people you became a Muslim. When I took my shahada, last year, I wanted to tell my whole family. But I thought I was going to have a rejection. We are an extremely united family. I felt, knowing my family, they were going to think I was going to depart from our family. Till this day my family don't know I became a Muslim, I have been studying and researching the bible (Pauline Religion) and the historical facts of the negative things people talk about Islam, like the marriage of Aisha. I honestly started researching the polemical Islam topics because I wanted to have answers for them. But now I feel extremely confident and can debate anyone with facts. Ready to do DAWAH!!! I didn't want anyone to influence my journey. I didn't want them to say it was a phase.

@@adriankoh4859 Well, there are many rules that can be disliked by humans but we still have to abide by them. Why? Because we don't know what is best for us. Perhaps we dislike something that is good for us. Perhaps we like something that is bad for us. Every child would like to eat candies all day instead of fermented cabbage, but the truth is that fermented cabbage is good for their health and candy is harmful. Women do have rights in Islam. For example, if a woman wokrs, she does not have to share her money with the husband. Her salary belongs only to her and she does not have to provide for the family whilst the husband is obliged to. Women in Islam have been given right to inherit property of their parents and other relatives whilst in the rest of the world that was unacceptable in the 7th century. Pray to God to open your heart for The Truth. Pray for Him to bring you closer to what He likes and help you stay away from what He dislikes. With that prayer you can never be wrong.

I'm a Muslim revert from Melbourne Australia and its going on half a year on the 4th of October, but before i took my Shahadah & reverted i was a outright right-wing racist & hated anyone that was pure white and even called myself a self proclaimed neo nazi/Skinhead until one morning i woke up & asked myself why am i hating these ppl cause there different and asked myself the hard questions & for once in my life i didnt have an answer to why so i began questioning everything i believed and began looking into all of the religions until i found Islam & after reading more bout Islam i took my Shahadah and now 5 months later ive become a completely different person from the hate filled guy i use to be, my mom & Sister are not excepting of my reversion to Islam & they automatically assumed i was gonna be on the next flight to syria to fight for either Hamas or Isis & my best friend of over 2 decades was gonna walk away from our friendship because of my reversion to Islam

I was born from Chinese mom and Malay father. My face looks like exactly like a Chinese. Living in Malaysia, Islam is the major religion. I still remember one day i went to a mosque to pray zohor togather, i received salam with money in hand during salam from a few Muslim and ask how long did i become a revert. It is a culture for us to give help or money to revert in my country. I tried to explained that i am a borned as a muslim not a revert and reject the money. But still they ask me to keep because they really want to give it to me😂
