So continuing to doi the same and expecting better results would only be stupidity (as per Einstein). So it may be good time to check this over religiousity and develop some critical thinking, learn STEM sciences, develop economy and improve governance in Islamic nations. For this it will be required to have kind of reformation by giving up Jihadism, empowering women (50% of Humanity), providing modern education and taking religion out of governanvce, economy & public matters. In Australia we still struggle with parking, leaving quietly late at night, smoking, not taking phone call in the middle of khutbah and leaving, talking in the khutbah, so YEAH, I would say defeated but not by our enemies or by satan but defeated by ourselves. When I realised what Islam was I was so excited, finally, people who strove for excellence, in a positive enthralling way. That ended very quickly.
