I’ve had plenty of Ojas all of my life. Life has always been very easy for me. But then when a crisis finally happened it took me a long time to learn the lessons because of the lack of consequences. Too easy even through the crisis makes one think, in one sense invincible and another, spoiled like a child who gets whatever they want. I had to be broken to be start enlightenment. Which did eventually happen. Life is beautiful. We are blessed to be here. 🙏🏼

I can totally relate to that - As a young man I ate mountains of food and knew I had a massive aura but was skinny. I flowed through life and people talked about me, a musician, with great respect. Odd things would happen around me, impossible coincidences. But, as you say, the bad times came - the neighbours got a dog that barked up to 18 hours a day and over years it drained the goodness out of me. Its taken decades to get it back, but it was nessicary to clear previous life energy. No I am feeling like I am 11 once more! :o)

As a young woman, very happy, energetic, and vibrant, I could outeat anyone around me and weigh less the next day. As an empath, I became attached to an energy vampire, lasted well for awhile, and then began a rapid downward spiral. It is taking years to climb back to those early heights. But the lessons have been priceless. I'm currently doing heavy shadow work, cleansing karma, and working on rebuilding personal boundaries. I've discovered that ancestral karma, through both parental bloodlines, needs cleansing as well. Also removing hexes.

It does not come natural to develop aggressive qualities as a woman, because of the learned fear of reprecussions from physically stronger men (usually fathers). However these traits are the most needed for many women. Realise that feelings of hatred, resentment, bittnerness and frustration are not inherently wrong. They are the twisted and repressed forms of the pure qualities like Strength, Justice, Courage and Willpower. Reedem the qualities which you have condemned as ‘bad’; dont push them down, instead feel them in a different way, and give them the love and attention they want. For example, let rising frustration become the desire to change your situation instead of trying to change others, and let hatred be felt as a desire to erect strong boundaries around yourself, rather than wanting to cause pain to another. All these emotions need an outlet, and it is in your power to determine how these emotions are expressed, so express them well. Just my thoughts on this issue, I see it a lot in women in particular, but of course there are men with the same issue so the same applies.

I thought that may be because of the reason that I am fair and I am bald initially. But deep inside I know it is there and I am very much thankful to people around me that I get everything done for me. I get friends easily, I get noticed easily. People are always helpful to me, I mostly win in my life and I am calm most of my life, undisturbed and peaceful. Yes, I am meditative kind of person but I am materialistic and full of all the worldly lusts and charms also. Many women feel that they must do their duties and the duties of other people. Women feel responsible for helping husband's, children, parents and friends succeed. We women usually work much harder than we need to. We are unappreciated because we other people are so used to us doing their work for them that they have come to expect us to do it. The solution is to only do your actual duties. For example, take care of and protect underaged children, but you should allow adult children to manage their own lives. Respect adults and allow husbands, in-laws, friends and relatives to do their own work, clean up their own mess, pay their own bills, and fail. Try not to rescue adults unless they ask for help. Live like God does. He allows people to make mistakes.

As I get older (still very young) and more informed, I realize more and more how my life has been a very meditative experience. Just the other day I meditated and it brought back nostalgia, because I haven't been doing it. It seems I've neglected myself in ways I was too distracted to realize, because I had never thought of it that way. I was meditating before I knew what meditating was! Now I know what I've been missing. The idea of Ojas explains so much of my life, relative to how I've lived it. I think myself to be on the path of enlightenment, which I consider a lifestyle. The thing is, I think I might've been on this path without realizing it. There were definitely some detours and deviations that weren't very wise, but it's all part of the learning process. Recently the biggest lesson I've stumbled on to is: Why have a problem? There are things that are problems, but you don't have to have a problem with them. That doesn't mean you should ignore problems in life, but just know they don't have to be stressful.

Hi. What meditation you do? Thanks

@@archieever I'm not sure. I would consider reading a bit meditative, which is what I've done my whole life, but I've recently picked up blocking out as much noise as I can, and closing my eyes. Then I just sit there like that and breathe. I implement tips I've picked up, such as spending time with a thought or memory if it pops up, but then returning to focusing on my breath. It's helped me ease my mind a lot, because I seem to be someone who needs peace and quiet, else the constant noise the world seems to pump out is maddening. Whatever kind involves sensory deprivation. I forget the name but there is one.

Sleep is a form of meditation which is given to every form of life automatically. When you're awake you're awake then no need to meditate when you're are awake, only three things you need to do when you're awake. Just practice to generate positive thoughts, speak politely all the time and do good deeds. You will be living paradise every second you're awake.

Sadhguru is wisest with his mouth closed listening. Rather than heaping stereotypes. Video would be much better if teacher spoke and Sadhguru listened.

Public comments. The only way to God realisation is renouncation or total devotion to God by giving up material position. Understand body mind and soul reflect your inner ability to control your taught and action base on how you preceive life journey begins with you 🙏🙏🙏 in words taught or deeds weather physical mental or emotional self realisation is the key to success.. knowledge is power use it wisely remember what you say or do in life defines your character and personality it is important to protect your dignity and integrity in life. I am not the physical body but the eternal soul.. don't allow lust and greed and anger and false pride and attachment . Devine inspiration my mediation and yoga daily and prayers every day 🙏🙏🙏 allowing you to achieve your goals in life.. thanks you so much guru gee for sharing your knowledge and inspiration with the entire world devotees.. trust and faith and courage and strength and peace of mind. I think i am eating a lot and working a lot as time just too short that i need at least 30 hours a day i feel bcos i got to take care of every family member's need plus house cleaning, washing, cooking, my online teaching, preparation, my freelance and my rooster. These days since covid 19 my meditation time has changed. I love the way it was earlier where i meditate longer. Now i meditate at 3.20-3 45 then 5.15-6pm or more sometimes. Somehow 6pm my eyes opens as my rooster and chicken will crow...and living in apartment, can you imagine daily 5.50am and 6am this rooster will crow and that too depends on the sound. At times it is calling me and i got to go to check him and he wants to come out from his cage. Lately i keep promising him that i will take him for walk and many times i couldnt fulfill and after 3-5 days when i clean his cage i will carry him out and let him go walking and later path i will take him to walk further as he wont go far if i an not with him...Sometimes i wonder why did it came to me at a wrong time even though i love animals as i used to have a mini zoo in my house 30 yrs back Today's situation has changed and i got to also take good care if him as lots of cats may harm him. I really dont like to cage animals but here daily im feeling bad that i never let him have hus freedom...the thing is this roister and chicken has got so much attachment to me and im worried if i leave them or send them to the jungle behind my area they could be in danger as they are very tamed and will make some sound whenever any human passes by. The rooster is a bhraman type which could grow 3ft or more and came from a deep jungle from the time it was a baby. That was last year just after the first pandemic lockdown and no one wants to take it. There were 3 and one died due to knocked by a car before coming to me. My husband took it back as he knew that the kids and myself would love it. Well as they grew, the maintenance became heavier day by day and i become exhausted daily. No choice even i could be alergic to many things regards to the hen and rooster neither my kids are more even worse, so i took the entire job of a-z as if they were to handle by othetd, i dont know if they could managed their health well. For me with my nostril problems .im still okay as i have managed to adjust and plan the maintenance the best way. Hence every maintenance i go through a bad throat at least for 3 days and i cant take any medication as im alergic to most medicines and i usually juggled and cure it myself within days.

What Started like yet another Sadhguru video on the topic of Ojas had a great surprise when you realise Dr. Vasant Lad is having the conversation with him. I wish we see the video of that conversation if possible. Extremely important knowledgeable person Dr. Lad for health and Ayurveda.
