Idk if you have ever used the curves on S8, S9 or S10 before, but those curves are pretty nice. They aren't as curved as the OP7 Pro or S7/S6 edges, so cases cover it well and they make the phone look very nice and premium. I have a privacy screen on my phone so I never get any glare (from light, but also not from people haha😎). But if you just don't like curved phones in general, I understand. Just pointing it out bc I used to be opposed to curved phones too bc I thought like "what a stupid idea, it's just gonna break easier" but then once I saw S9 in store I realized the curve is like nothing and now I really like it

I believe they crossed a line with the Pro. Not only in terms of the price but it's bloody big and heavy. I'm sure there will be people that want the newest no matter what but I wonder how many of them will truly be comfortable with almost 7" phone and a weight passing 210 grams... And curved edge is not for everyone, certainly not for me. The regular 7 is a better option but not a significant upgrade over the 6T. Stereo speakers are a topic for marketing, not so much for real life usage. Even OnePlus just mentioned it like it's nothing to be proud of. They spent more time presenting the bullets than the OnePlus 7.

Some of the plus points of Non Pro Oneplus 7: 1)ITS WAY CHEAPER(atleast in India) 2.Face unlock will be faster as it doesn't have a popup camera 3. It has 2 speaker grills at the bottom whereas the 7pro has one. 4. I don't prefer the curved display as it is more fragile and increased chances of accidental touches. 5. It will have a significantly longer battery life due to 60 hz display

Sorry but the display being better on the pro isnt a small thing...its near enough industry leading at the moment and one of the best out. Ofcourse there is one less camera on non pro and it does have a notch..and why would you put face unlock as a point? Mili second diff probably and ppl wnt even use it due to low security. Also the curved screen is preference and fragile is for people who maybe clumsy. Otherwise thats just a moot point.

I'm a huge fan of the Pro screen. Albeit a little bit too big, it's lines are sweet. Can you please tell me if you open the camera, do you have an option to NOT allow the selfie camera to open? Like change the default camera for the rear camera?
