I have an issue with 7t and that's with the screen.... Don't know why and how but the phone's screen lit automatically sometimes while in hand. Even i touch the screen or not. Don't know how it goes and also the music control gestures don't works until the music is actually playing in phone. I also asked to my friends having 7 and 7t, they also face the same. Do u also face this same? And is there any solution for this one? Please reply to my comment... Please... Please And also the double tap to wake screen feature don't work good..... Sometimes i have to do it 2 times.... I mean 2 times double tap then screen wakes

I knew all the features except for the Reading Mode. I mean I used this for few times but I didn't know that I can actually assign to particular app and can use it all times whenever I use that app. Love the feature. Now I can use it for all my news apps by default. After buying 7t, I almost spent 7days to explore the settings. 😂😂 There is so much. Quick Launch and Quick Gestures, these two things are so handy for day to day use.

@@ShubhamGupta-ve2fl I have no issues with the screen. Till now it never malfunctioned. Double tap works fine. And about the screen lits up automatically, I have never faced it. Go to Ambient display settings. May be you can control it from there. I didn't use music control gestures, but I will let you know after using it.

It's great, obvi I'm not giving review but my husband just got the OnePlus 8 like 2 days ago. But I think we made a mistake because the amount of money it was, 300 bucks more than my 7t, I don't think the 8 is that much better. Oh well. If we could've gotten the 8 Pro, it would've been worth the extra 500 but I think he should've just got my phone which is now only like 499 on T-Mobile. I've watched reviews and comparisons of the 7T and the 8, and I haven't seen 1 person say the 8 is worth it. But the 8 Pro is worth it. So 🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦. Lol.

@@ezvlogs1705 I got it. I've been using for 1 month. I use it 60hz battery life is not bad it's normal. Snapdragon 855+ is crazy fast so no issue. oxygen os is mind blowing. Overall best purchase ever made.

This reviewer also says in another video that the notifications get delayed when the phone is on wifi and it is locked. Have you encountered this?

@@rohanghosh2345 No. There isn't any such issues with the phone. If the data saver and battery saver is on, then the notification may get delayed because apps won't use data in background or when screen is off, But if those are turned off, notification will come like normal. I never felt any issues with the phone performance. It's very good. Only thing is you have to takecare the phone because it's glass, and should be used only with a well protective case and good screen guard. That's all you have to worry about the phone. Nothing else.

you can use the fingerprint quick launch on the lock screen with face unlock enabled, you just have to set face unlock to not instantly open the phone upon turning on the screen. you can swipe instead, but the fingerprint option is still there for you on the screen.

(Didn't like OP 8 much and don't think it's worth extra 10k compared to 7T in India) Please suggest.. I've done a lot of research but still confused.. OnePlus 7T: 90 Hz display, SD 855+, Glass back, Telephoto lens, 30W Charging, Dual Stereo Speakers, UFS 3.0, teardrop notch S10 Lite: 60Hz display, Glastic (Glass+ Plastic)back, SD 855, Super Steady OIS, 25W charging, Single Mono Speaker, UFS 2.1, punch hole notch I plan to keep my phone for atleast 3 yrs..I've never used either of the brands before..one plus seems to be more durable and lag free, but Samsung has better after sales service record and probably higher brand value.. Which one should I buy??? Please do reply..it will help me so much.. Thanks in advance.

Bro oneplus have better after sale services, please research it nicely. Samsung might be better than other brands like xiaomi and all but not to oneplus. If you spend time in gaming then go for 7t, if you want a little bit of a better camera than go for s10 lite. Not to mention 7t has 90hz rr which imo has become a mandatory thing to have nowadays specially when you are spending more than 30k. Idk how a 60hz phone will fare in the coming years.

@@manilograniglia if you are based in Europe it doesn't come with an Equalizer due to a law within the EU. You will need to go on to the Google Play store and find the OnePlus updater app which allows you to move over to the Global firmware which will enable the Equaluzer.
