The base iqoo 9, which is going to be a rebatched iqoo 8 pro will be more value for money than both the 9 and the 9RT. With the 888+, you're getting better peak performance than the 888 and better sustained performance than the 8 Gen 1. And iqoo does a good job with their cooling and cameras too. Or if you want a phone with 8 Gen 1 chipset, go for the Realme GT 2 Pro or the Iqoo 9 Pro.

So if your budget is 45k, I'd suggest you'd rather go for the base iqoo 9 in the Indian variant than the moto edge x 30. That phone, because they launched it that quick, it's not got the best of optimisation.

In fact, if you look at the practicality of it, their processors aren't becoming all that better but yes, they seem to be working upon their gpus which was slightly weaker. However, what's happening with the Snapdragon series is that with each new chip, the peak performance is surely high, but when you look at it practically, the lower or the last released chip is giving better sustained performance, which is more necessary than peak performance. Even then, practically speaking, you do not need that high a power for anything you do on a phone.

No matter how good the OP phones are at launch they get buggy after few updates with recent launches and no matter how hard they try camera processing is never Apple/Samsung/Google level. Only owned OP 3 for 4 years and switched to Samsung now. I feel OneUI is better than Oxygen OS now in stability and updates.

From my personal experience one plus 9rt is just a beast... it gives me almost 8hrs of screen time , battery performance and camera everything is just superb... i bought it for 35k and it was worth the price.. One plus 9rt is better option as it has better cooling system to handle the heating of the sd 888....
