Watching this even though I work at a cell phone store and both sell and own this phone... I woke up this morning, and when I grabbed my phone, it was letting me select the language with the buttons on the side and had clearly just done a reset while I was asleep. I blame myself, I left the phone in a precarious position, it fell into a bag that had other things in it and SOMEHOW reset it's own self. GOTTA LOVE SENTIENT GADGETS!! Lucky for you, mine just went into factory reset mode myself and gave me no option to choose the language and since i just wanted to restart the phone to get rid of this whole stuff, it accepted my power-button presses as yes and hard reset my phone. Real bummer, i'll save this video just in case something like that happens again, don't want to lose my contacts, photos and data again

i will create a video on this. i get what youre saying. u literally have to have the screen shot of the mandarin language in front of u to pick the right one. i think its the bottom one u pick but dont trust me on this because i broke my screen the other week just waiting to attempt to fix the screen. what happened to u happened exactly to me. i gave up caring it took its toll lol.

My wifes phone is stuck in the hard reset screen. She don't know how she got there. She said she was on FB and the phone just shut off, so she turned it back on and it was automatically in the hard reset page and I can't get it out of that mode so she doesn't lose all her pics. I hope you can help

I got this phone for my kids from another person who forgot their pin, I did the reset but it asks for the pin or google account. I have neither how can I fix this? No I do not have access to the other person sadly
