I got a bunch jotted down. I will be watching it again. 1. Heel drops 2. Hop on both feet 3. Jump off a small step land with both feet 4. Balance on 1 leg 5. Take an arabesque position 6. Lunges 7. Elastic band for resistance. 8. Pull up from floor 9. Stretch it out 7. Dumb bell shoulder press 8. Hop on i foot

If you look at the studies that led to this stuff, you eventually end up doing deadlifts, squats and overhead presses at 85% 1RM for 5 repetitions, 5 sets. I wouldn't try this right away without guidance, though
