Keep in mind ALL of the “time changes things” points in the game, the progression of these things can be witnessed throughout the story. It’s not just a 0-100 map change and THAT is an incredible feat.

@ correct. Each chapter will have different levels of development for each asset. So long as you visit the spot(s) once a chapter, you should see the progress without missing out. Note: even if playing low honor, make sure you do all stranger missions because some are required to see development. Example: guy is building a house and asks for help with money for building materials. If you don’t do it, the project comes to a halt.

​​@@LordTylerBluGundersonif im not mistaken, when franklin goes there to steal the FIB blueprints, one of the workers say to a colleague of theirs that they purposly working slow for the high payment they getting for it being a goverment contract even delaying fixing on issues they spot xD so i guess thats why that building wouldn't never be done also that already some online missions take place in there wich would/might conflict with the building if its remplaced with a complete one, it also include some freeroam missions for preps you can do that has you to go there

Some are progressive like the valentine house 2 and the timber and railroad company, and some just happen when you play as John. Most notably the braithewaite manor only changes once you complete the mission. The 0-100 can be misleading

Nah, forget it, don't put your hopes up. Half the team (if not more) behind RDR 2 has quit Rockstar over the years. RDR 2 was/is the pinnacle of development at Rockstar. I really don't expect much from GTA 6, not that I think it will be a bad game, but I don't believe it will have that "edge" from previous Rockstar games. I think the story mode will be pretty bland and their main focus will be on the online part of the game (where the money is). I can only hope that I'm wrong.
