Chief Warrant Officers; do they have a place in the Air Force? Is that where TACP should go? Where does TACP belong if it's not where they have been?
Jarred has some ideas.

Can only relate to what the Marine Corps is dealing with right now through Force Design 2030. It ain't perfect but it has the right mentality about restructuring to compete with the modern realties of warfare against professional militaries instead of farmers with guns. The Corps has the advantage of being small enough to be more willing and capable of proactive change, hopefully this mentality is shared by the entire DOD. We can't get stuck in the mentality of high fiving each other over past victories 80 years ago when we have adversaries surpassing us at this very moment.

Been preaching Warrant Officer every chance I get. It would be HUGE for multiple squadrons. Bonus: if that role could also NOT have to do a performance report (WPR/B?😆 ), retention would skyrocket.

I also think he’s basically saying we never been tested as a country being invaded from another advanced country with equal or almost as equal to military as ours and if we do get imvdded Who’s gonna have the time to really teach a jtac to drop the bombs like in the Middle East basically gotta be ready for the worse and you’ll just be sending someone inexperienced can be considered a Baggage or liability

I understand what he saying about the state of the new generation, but tbh we are going off of what we have seen on social media the thing that is massively published everywhere gays and far leftists and so on and how this country is getting soft. this generation hasn't really been in a war as a country I'm 25 still young and there's a ton of ppl like me that are willing to step up and fight and I know for a fact a few of the younger generation is too. I think the military as a whole needs to appeal to the younger generation a little more everyone has a business mindset now, if it isn't going to be very beneficial from the start and help you get your life on track "fast" then why join they are under the assumption that oh your going to the army only thing you will come out with is zero dollars shit medical insurance a missing leg and ptsd with a career you can't really use in the civilian world not to mention the pay in most ppl mindset the military is a last resort reserved for the lost only. it's not even registered how noble and honorable it is to be apart of the armed forces in the heads of the young. Why? I think as a country we need to do better and show the younger American ppl why it would be the greatest responsibility to be apart of this bcs it is that's why I'm joining bcs I really do want the best for this country and I'm willing to make the ultimate sacrifice I want that at the highest degree it's been with me sense I was young. That gut feeling of meant for more as goofy as it sounds its true
