This chili sounds incredible. I make mine pretty much the same way but have never added the cinnamon & chocolate. Think I'm going to give it a try the next time that I make a pot. And it is so refreshing to see a young man cooking. Watched your smothered turkey wings yesterday & they were delicious. I could tell with my eyes that they are yummy.

I first saw you on Instagram with Kimmy. Then I looked for you KZbin. I absolutely loved that you added rice to your bowl of Chili , My family always ate chili that way. People tried to tell us it was weird but that's how I saw my mom and dad eat it so that's how I eat it. I love the down to earth way your instructions on how cook your recipes . I like the food prep, I never used fresh jalapeño peppers before. I always use 3 lbs to 3.5 lbs of ground round, or ground chuck if it looks lean. Found your channel searching for cornbread recipes, after I watched a video, I scrolled down and came across your video.

Yes beans in chili, I usually keep beans in freezer on the regular, eating them few times a month, so in cool weather, making chili is just another way for me to enjoy my beans.👍🏾

Yes, thanks to KZbin & its algorithim, I found your cooking channel.! Tex Mex Chili is made all the heartier with beans. I grew up with chili beans but red chili, beans & fresh tortillas. Your chili has additional rice & cornbread & it is looking delish. Thanks for inspiration.

If you’re a little leery of using paper towel to soak up the oil, just push the meat to the side and use a tablespoon or serving spoon to scoop out the oil.

I watched your shorts. Didn't realize you started longer how to videos. It's crazy cause I said the other day, it's getting cold, I wanna make some chilli.
