Yes ! I send my board back to future motion (in Netherlands) and they send me back a new one a few days after I am not sure what happened exactly, it was one of the first time I charged to 100 % that could have been it ... Or the wet road and path of Ireland... Anyway I'm back in action and I have done 300km with the board
