Great video, Jayden. Nice to see you and 6'4" in matching shirts! I agree the business class lounge showers really need an upgrade. The lounge looked otherwise comfortable at least. Pea soup is an interesting choice for an airplane meal. I see why the pie ran out quickly. So nice of 6'4" to share with your mom. Thanks for the nice Sydney vlog. Nice report @JaydenWong . Glorious departure from Sydney, and comfortable flight. As for the plane, as one of the first 10 delivered, it will be replaced with A321 rather than refreshed agin.

Hi Jayden thank you for the video good to see your Mum travelling with you. Meals looked ok but you wouldn't think they would serve pea soup on the plane or in the lounge. The rest room did look a bit old yes it could do with a update. Hope you had a good flight.

Excellent trip report Jayden and speaking of Qantas Platinum members they also gain access to American Airlines and Alaska Airlines for domestic travel in the United States. Speaking of QF Platinum members are they locked out of lounge access for domestic travel like AA/AS Oneworld emerald members do or not?

The age of our air fleet in Australia (for the major carriers) is fast becoming embarrassing. I know Bonza has new 737-Max aircraft but they're too bogan for many travellers and JetStar is introducing new A321 aircraft but JetStar is too unreliable. Now is definitely the time for Qantas and Virgin to invest in new aircraft.

Jayden in huge respect Ansett 727-277 service economy January1986 days Sydney to Adelaide service recored and full service hot meals and deplaning ventral 727 air stairs old domestic terminal in Adelaide now demolished. Please be aware that trip reports get a bit repetitive mass travel and how about Concorde travel 20 years ago...go through the sound barrier at Mach 2 that is more interesting than coat hooks. Sorry Ansett 727.
