Do the USB-C ports support Thunderbolt 4?

Yes, All Thunderbolt 4 devices support USB 4 and vice versa. - Thunderbolt 4 is based on the same underlying protocol as USB 4 - In fact, Thunderbolt 4 is USB 4 with all the trimmings. - Thunderbolt 4 will always have a full 40Gbps bandwidth. - USB 4, however, starts at 20Gbps but can also reach Thunderbolt 4’s 40Gbps. - A USB4 port can only support one display. Thunderbolt 4 can support two 4K displays. - Good thing about USB 4 is that, it will mean manufacturers can release more powerful hubs and docks that are not Thunderbolt, at a cheaper cost. No its not capable to play vr games mate, as you can see its can't even hit 60fps in some flat games. In vr (quest 2) you need atleast 72fps. to play vr smothly you would have to plug eGPU

My first ibm compatible pc that I purchased back in 1993 was an AST 486sx33 with 250meg hard drive, 4 megs of memory,. It was a multimedia pc so it ialso included a 2x cdrom, generic Soundblaster compatible sound card and 512kb graphics card with a 13" monitor that had bezels bigger than most phone books and cost $1250. My first upgrade was to add 4 megs more ram which was $200 and replace the 2400 baud modem with 14.4k was just under $100. If you see that 30 years later pc's are at the same price it's quite amazing.
