@@hellbillyhound I like that it has the higher refresh rate display and up to 64 GB RAM. But like the OneXPlayer 2 Pro the 2nd USB port is on the bottom with the Occulink port which I have never been a fan of ports on the bottom of a handheld. At least the 2nd USB port is not blocked when the controllers are in place like the X1. Still hard to hit the left triggers for the 1 USB C port leftover on the X1 without a 90 or 180 bent usb port adapter. But OneX makes awesome handhelds so I may not be able to resist.

More room for 4 x back pedals and perhaps 4 x shoulder buttons and 4 x nub buttons on top.

16:15 "easier for the roll in fighting games" unfortunately, OneNet has made the D-pad and right thumbstick too low and directly underneath the left stick and face buttons. You end up having to reach lower to pull bottom half circle moves with the dpad in fighting games and the controls are not off center like Xbox/Playstation controllers - when they are off center it allows thumbs to more naturally shift left or right between sticks and dpad/face buttons, but with these controls you have to move up and down. This is could be the result of having smaller controls and also a bit cramp. basically as mentioned a lot in the discord the controllers need to be bigger to allow better spacing, alignment and balance. OneNet looks to have improved the X1 mini by moving one of the USB-C ports as it was blocked by the controllers.

I love this boom in portable consoles with PC architecture. However, I don't understand the priority in the features of these devices. Why does the screen need such a resolution and refresh rate? It won’t run a single game at 144 Hz at 2K, what’s the point of this frequency? Or why waste battery on stick lighting? Why increase cost by using wireless controllers? All of it makes it heavy for a portable device. It could be cheaper if the creators focused on the important things rather than marketing gimmicks.

Hardware looks good, but I just find the Windows experience (in handheld mode) on these devices too jarring. I've put ChimeraOS on my Legion Go (which works well), and until there's a windows mode (or app) that provides someting more like Steam's "big picture" mode, Windows on handhelds is a "no, thanks" from me. Don't get me wrong - the different manufacturers' (Armory Crate / Legion Space / OneXP CC) apps, or 3rd party apps (Handheld Companion etc.) are mostly fine, but Windows keeps interrupting (updates, notifications etc.) and dragging me back to the desktop (which is the jarring aspect). Never thought I'd miss the Windows 8 metro interface...
