Theres me and my friend in his public discord vc and a few other people who are part of his server,we're all watching the game awards for anything hype or interesting when around the time the sonic frontiers trailer comes out this one person joins. Maybe they were having a really bad day without really noticing the stress compounding and the sensory overload they experienced (as well as their failure to connect) whiped the flood gates wide open. It’s essentially the result of ppl not knowing how to self regulate (repressing internal cues, not dealing with emotions or thoughts as they come up, lack of coping skills, being unaware of triggers etc.) as well as a lack of self awareness. It can be annoying in the moment. Again everyone struggles w self regulating sometimes (and at varying degrees). Definitely something to improve on anyways though
