what software do you use & how to make this video ... I really like it and I really want to learn it

This is how I made it: 1- I cut each image in several layers (foreground, background, ...) and save each layer as a transparent png. 2- I import all layers images in an editing software (mine is Vegas Pro) and place them in top of each other. 3- I make each layer move at a different speed (the foregrounds move faster than the backgrounds) 4- I play the video and adjust the speeds until it feels OK. This effect is called "parallax" so you may find detailled tutorials if you search with this key word. Hope it helps!
