Wonderful! If you cut some of the green leaves, will it grow new ones ? Or should you remove all of them and put a new onion ? (I am thinking of re-using the existing rootings)

Wondering the same. I have planted scraps that have s good 10-12in of greens I'd like to trim and eat but didn't know if it'd disrupt the growing of my white onion

That's it, lol. That's the final form of onions, just some greens above an onion. Then it will get some flowers then die. The greens are really tasty though.
