For its size, Onitsha punches far above its weight. Densely populated, hyperactive and in urgent need of urban rejuvenation, especially concerning refuse management. Never the less, it is a very important city in Anambra state, eastern Nigeria, and Nigeria as a whole.

Anambra state Governor need to take a page out of the Governor of Abia State to turn Onitsha into a Mega City, 24/7 power supply, and rebuild the Onitsha Main market to a new standard. The people in Anambra state, Nigeria want progress from the government on the weekly / Monthly basis. The people has been living in the Dark and when you see another governor like Governor Otti of Abia State on providing the state with clean street, 24/7 power supply to home, Internet access, job opportunites, you want to emulates or compete against that. Government / private partnership can help solve alot of problem for state governments. The resident Anambra State expect alot from the government and it start now.

Interesting narration on Onitsha. It's an important centre of commerce. Almost like Aba. It's also a densely populated city. But I disagree with the caption of the video which says that Onitsha is Nigeria's most populated city. This is certainly not true and a census is not required to prove this. That being said. I pray Anambra State carries out some urban renewal in the town and reconstruct at least, the major connecting roads around the city. Thanks for the great video
