Haven't Nigerians been driving Okada for over 50 years? It is time you guys advance. Challenge yourselves and grow. Stop riding on Okada, please. Okada drivers should go to school and learn trade in manufacturing and technology or something. Learn to build things. In the over 50 years of driving Okada, is there any company in Nigeria that can make a spark plug or any motorcycle part? How can somebody's ambition in life be to drive Okada, even drive a taxi?

The largest motorcycle parts market in Africa is located at Nnewi. All over the world motorcycle are used as a means of transportation. The only difference in the developed world is that they don't use it for commercial passengers. However, if we have good constructed and well planned roads, free from traffic hold-up, there may be no much need for commercial motorcycles

I don't see reason banning okada. A place like Lagos ,okada operate everywhere and it helps us living in Lagos get to our homes easily esp late night or when there is traffic. The governors should focus on cleaning up our environments and make them habitable first.
