I have this unit, no display, totally dead, voltage at the stb transformer voltage fluctuates when connected. I hope its not the DSP chip or micro-controller.

Check the 12 volt standby power. What is the value?

@@user-lr2xr4xu5eI pulled the stb transformer, its a steady 13, installed, its supposed to be 10, I get a fluctuating 10 down to 8 back and forth
