For reasons unknown, the audio quality is poor (muffled and distorted) in the KZbin uploaded version here when I play it on my iPad Air 2, which isn’t in my original video though it isn’t great either. The video is a bit jittery too, which seemed to appear after processing in iMovie. If I get lots of subscribers, I’ll invest in some decent video making equipment.

Hi, you mention that you may sell the cassette deck. I have all four of the components of the 2nd generation Intec 275 (I started with importing the Hi-MD deck from Japan at vast expense and then bought the rest of the system on 240v), and am a bit of a completist, hence I might be interested in the tape player. Can you reply in comments if you do put it on Ebay? Are you currently in Japan, or did you deck your home in UK out in that style? Sorry, if this is too much personal info to share on KZbin I can wait to see the sale details (if any). Obviously if I had to pay high shipping and then pay the British taxes for import it would be part of my calculation (that's why I ask). Thanks for the video.

Hi Thanks for your comment. I live in Japan. Surface mail shouldn’t be too expensive if you don’t mind waiting 2 to 3 months as it’ll go via ship. I believe the import duty depends on how much the item value is declared on the customs section of the shipping document so I won’t quote a sale price here.
