What about the bonding of heat treated gold?

If you are using a lot such as panavia F2, You would need to apply alloy primer to the fit surface of the gold onlay. You can then prepare the tooth by cleaning with ethanol, sandblasting and applying E+D primer. Mix A+B paste and bond it on with that. All under rubber dam of course!

Why we dont cure the adhesive on the ids? ( on the final bonding step)

You want the bond to mix with the cement - I can’t remember why but I’ll find out for you and let you know. I think i remember something about it helping the cement to set or something like that but i might be wrong
