This was impressive! I had never personally seen a blind simul before. The game with the Slav Defense was instructive for amateurs, who might prefer the Slav to the Queen's Gambit Declined because it seems easier to develop the queen's bishop. Alexandra showed exactly how White is supposed to punish the Bf5 mistake in this line, as well as the subsequent weakening of the light squares with b6. Did we ever learn why the last opponent resigned in the rook-and-pawn endgame? Maybe he didn't realize that even if all the kingside pawns get liquidated, the two-on-one pawn and rook endgame is a draw with correct play. That was a scary game: it was not at all clear that Alexandra was going to be able to save it. One other scary moment: when Alexandra slowly announced her move "rook h to e1," I thought for a second that she said "rook h2." Fortunately Pavel didn't play that move!
