1. Once I booked an auto and the auto driver called me and asked if the payment is in cash or card? I said that I don’t have cash and the payment is in card. His response was like “card aha 😤 Iyea. It was like he was saying “Are you a VIP who only use card for everything?” 2. Another time, the auto driver has reached and before getting into the auto he was asking if it was card or cash payment. I said card and he refused to take me and left. After that continuously my booking was accepted and rejected by different drivers (approx around 12 drivers would have accepted and rejected) without even asking anything. 3. 1. Drivers ask how much is the amount and then ask us to give extra money. Now a days minimum extra amount is Rs.100. Company 30% eduthukuthu athan unga kita extra kekurom nu solranga 2. If we don't give they'll cancel the ride 3. Some drivers don't switch on the AC 4. Ola money not accepted at all by all drivers universally

Simple, first activate ola post-paid, book the cab, and don't tell the driver, if the driver asks for extra, then pay. Later raise the complaint to ola customer care, and they will give a refund of whatever you paid to the ola driver. Also, they will take action against him. We can pay only the remaining amount through ola post paid later... Relax! I got a refund many times...

Relax, give extra money to the driver and raise the complaint on customer care later. They will refund the amount immediately and take action against the driver. I got a refund many times... its easy. Don't write to customer care, choose the call option.

In my line of work, I have to travel different cities and I have to use Cabs a lot. I have spoke many drivers. Usually they prefer cash payment because these corporates like ola and uber won't give the driver share immediately. They have to wait 3-4 days for their money. Nowadays everyone is preferring online payment so sometimes drivers are left with no money even for fuel. I have seen some drivers with their own QR code for Gpay. In this way, they don't have to wait for 3-4 days. Also, this 30% charge is too much. Initially they offer less charges to attract the drivers into their platform. Now they are showing their true face. I prefer to give tips to the drivers.

1. Some of the Ola drivers asked extra money when the pandamic time. By that time I was planning to return home at night time from hospital with my pregnant wife. 2. One of the Uber driver scold me in the public place that made me very nervous. I Booked the cab from mepz, but he was far from my place, so I called him to know his exact location and his availability. His reply was rude. So I cancelled the cab. The mistake I did was, I cancelled the cab after 5 minutes. So next cab was booked. But that rude drive came to my location and identified me and scold me. I tried to complain about the driver. But there was no contact number was available by the time.

Generally I try to use auto for railway station to my home ..but most of the auto drivers ask more than the ola/uber fare..I used to say I am ready to same price which mentioned in ola/uber ..but most of the greedy auto drivers wont agree so mostly i book ola cab and travel to home.. (Note : in madurai most of the greedy auto dirvers think some first time madurai people will come we can charge them more like that..they wont like local people since they know the distance and autual price.. If u have any doubt go early morning to madurai railway station and ask auto for theppakulam they will charge min 250+ ..but in ola cab it will come arouns 200 only..

Ola cab drivers in coimbatore all asks extra money, sometimes more than 100% of the original fare. If we say no extra money, then they cancel ride without concerning our situations. Sometimes they acknowledge to come, but cancel the ride. Ipdi enga kitta pudungi ennada vaazha poreenga.

I’m from Chennai and I faced these problems too. In chennai only if you accept for extra money prior to pickup , the driver will arrive to your location. If not they will ask us to cancel from our end.

In few places of CBE , ola driver do not use start ride option , instead they use ola customer app to check expected trip amount and over charge from that. For example if rs 450 is shown in app they will ask for 600 rs . For us next time while using app will get cancellation charge of 50 rs. Ola drivers doing this trick for getting whole amount from customers .

Ashok nagar to ambatur 15km around.. In 450 For 15km diesel expense 100rs..car and car abrason (theimanam) 2*15 = 30rs..and ola commission 37% that is 450*{37/100} = 177 rs.. So after all he will get 450-100-30-177 = 143 rs... Think it

@@raceraladdin1016 Enakku ola convenient ah irruku.. So I registered on OLA as a passenger. Why should I care about your perks? It's your responsibility and issues between you and OLA, not you and the passenger. I prefer OLA, and don't encourage drivers asking extra money. If they, I will raise the complaint against them and will get a refund.
