They love bringing in things no one wants, with things that are meaningful. They wouldn't be sneaking in things if they don't intend to use them. Our entire government hasn't worked for us, for so long we expect our government to work against us. Lol and we pay them to do it. The only legislation that should be being passed is a law that every part of a bill must be presented to the public. At least everyone would see if a party is shady or not
