I work in retail, if the packages for the masks don't already have a hole punch in them..holepunch the plastic at the top and put them on a straight wall hook. It'll display all your masks hanging, and you can free up space on the table! Just got to your grid wall in the stockroom- those exactly! That's what you can use to hang your masks

This is amazing!! It looks so good! I do have an idea for storing the facemasks! Get a shelf and arrange the shelves so they are 13" apart, then use something like a magazine box(search on Amazon if you don't know what I mean), so that multiple boxes will fit side by side on the shelves. The masks would stack on top of each other and you'd even be able to hang one of the masks on the front of the box to show what's in it. That would be really efficient and save so much space!

Great video!! Once you transition to new shelves for your warehouse save those plastic shelves for your hats, they’re wide enough and sturdy enough. Maybe even store the hat boxes on them as well. Just a thought.

I def need the sku-ing video. I feel like SKU-ing inventory is so time consuming and overwhelming for me! You also inspired me to get the plastic target containers a long time ago and I’m so glad I made that move. It’s helped keep everything so much more organized! ALLI YOU NEED TO DO FB LIVE!!!! I attended the Boutique Hub summit this spring and sooo many owners said they were selling soooooooo much in just an 1-4 hour span. They have trained their customers to be on LIVE certain days every week and people are addicted. I think this would explode for you too because your aesthetic is perfect for that right now.

You always motivate me...I''m a small online and do Pop Ups...my dream is to have a boutique and warehouse one day. I see how you grow and you are my inspiration. :). You mentioned about your warehouse boxes...I was told that if you use the corigated cardboard bins from Aline is the best for space...because before you know it you would be growing more and more. They look like cardboard boxes and they come in many sizes. The only thing about the plastic bins, btw I have them too, is that you have to pull the bins out and sometimes it can be hard on your back. But I have to say your set up looks awesome!!!! First of all, thank you for your video's. My wife is having a lot of inspiration from them. I can see you can grab items from your shelves from two sides. Which is very inefficient for storage density. If you always put two shelves back to back, you have only one side you can access the goods. This will clear up a lot of space and you still have a lot of room to walk. Here in the Netherlands we have the "Sortera" range from Ikea. It's a garbage bin solution, but I use them to store tiny goods I sell. I think they will be perfect for the face masks, to store them dust-free.

Mask storage: storage stack rack, stack your supplies closer and in layers. It will save space yet you can still easily see and access each item style. Sometimes if its difficult to see what is in which bin so tape a single mask on the front for a visual label or have easy to read labels/ nicknames for each style.

This is amazing, I have been looking for something like this for so long. I'm starting an online clothing store in the UK, have lots of os stock but was not sure how to categorise everything. All I could find online was seriously dodgy guys selling drop shipping, or else how to do an inventory of a home depot style store. Your last few videos were just what I needed. Oh lovely, from the brief explanation you gave on how you store your stock, you seem to pretty much have it down. 😁👍🏽 I used to be Warehousing Specialist, you definitely have the basic idea of how to warehouse your stock so its quick and easy to use a picking list and fulfill your orders. Every isle should have a "name", i.e. "A" And every shelf, i.e. "1" And every bin, i.e. "200; 201, 202, etc" So: If your picking slip which is generated from your order is printed and staff needs to pull the stock, a typical picking slip will have the stock item listed under bin # as... 1A200 - so isle A, shelf 1, bin 200. Make sure all your like items are stored in the same isle, eg. Category/type/colour/size Once your business becomes even bigger, and I'm sure it will 😉, you can even add to your picking location # (or to simplify things, your bin #. It is so much easier to do your weekly/monthly and year end inventory inspections if you have this simple, yet effective system in place. But as I said. You seem to have it all under control. Hey Alli, this is just a thought, while watching your video, I seen you wanted to arrange/store hats from that one room, why not put them on top of the white plastic shelves, then label each style to the location of said shelf... I would advise keeping each stack covered, to keep dust off. And get with the Facebook live, Instagram marketing and of course more KZbin content! Keep up the good work!!
