Recipe and ingredients:
100 ml warm milk.
200 ml warm water.
2 tablespoons sugar.
7 grams of dry yeast.
Stir well until the yeast has dissolved.
1 large egg.
Mix all ingredients well.
500-550 grams of wheat flour.
20 grams of corn starch. 1.5 teaspoons of salt.
First mix well with a spatula.
Write in the comments which country you come from.

Knead with your hands until you have a smooth dough.
Place on the work surface and knead for another 2 minutes.
The dough has become smooth.
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.

Cover with cling film and let the dough rise for about 1 hour.
The dough turned out very airy and light, like a cloud.

Leave on for 10 minutes.
Roll out to the sizes shown in the video.
Roll the dough into a tube as I show.

Start weaving.

Grease the bread with some vegetable oil.
Cover with a towel and let rest for 40 minutes.
Prepare the egg for brushing.

Sprinkle with a small amount of sesame seeds.
Place in the oven preheated to 190 °C for 30-35 minutes.
