Only 2 People Had Beaten This British Afternoon Tea "Mega Mix" Challenge in Lincoln, England!!

Professional eater Randy Santel vs Take 5 Tea Room's British Afternoon Tea "Mega Mix" Challenge hosted by Take 5 Tea Room located in Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England of the United Kingdom!! After finishing up our 3-week Scotland Tour, @KatinaEatsKilos and I spent 4 weeks (1 month) exploring most of the major cities and areas in the northern half of England. During our travels, I attempted 18 English man vs food restaurant challenges. For British food eating challenge event #10, we headed to Lincoln, Lincolnshire so we could each attempt the "Mega Mix" British Afternoon Tea Challenge hosted by Take 5 Tea Room which was lovely and delicious!! I had just 30 minutes to feast on lots of different foods that are part of a typical "afternoon tea" in England. There were 4 different sandwich halves served with healthy salad, some pieces of fruit, and then there was Quiche Lorraine, a Scotch egg, pork pies, cheese & crackers, some prawn crisps / chips, and along the way I enjoyed some Yorkshire tea. You cannot have afternoon tea without some cake, so there was a slice of caramel Millionaire's Shortbread plus a French Fancy and piece of Cherry Bakewell cake. I was trying to become only the 3rd person to dominate and win my £20 English food meal free plus a spot on Take 5 Tea Room's Wall of Fame. Take 5 Tea Room's British Afternoon Tea "Mega Mix" Challenge in Lincoln, England, UK (£20):
- Take 5 Tea Room has been proudly serving the Lincoln, Lincolnshire area for many years now.
- Take 5 Tea Room offers an English breakfast fry up challenge and this British afternoon tea.
- There is a 30 minute time limit to finish everything served on their double-layer serving platter.
- There are 4 sandwich halves - egg and mayo (egg salad), grated cheese, ham, and pulled pork.
- There are some healthy vegetables served like a salad on top with healthy fruit on the bottom.
- There is a Scotch egg, a sausage roll, a fruit scone, Quiche Lorraine, pork pies, and there is also a few crackers served with 2 different cheeses. The challenge included a bowl of prawn crisps / chips and challengers must finish the sides of butter, fruit jam, and clotted cream.
- You cannot have afternoon tea without some cake, so there was a slice of caramel Millionaire's Shortbread plus a French Fancy and piece of Cherry Bakewell cake.
- Challengers must also finish a portion of coffee or tea. I chose tea since it was a tea challenge.
- Winners receive the £20 afternoon tea meal free plus a coveted spot on their Wall of Fame.
