Mrs. Sophie , great recipe & looks delicious & being Irish you will win me over everytime with potatoes in Kentucky, lol , I am going to have German goetta meat( ground pork , beef , pin oats , spices ) with mine & also good with any meal. What state do you live in & I will tell you where you might be able to find some or order online from Amazon , you will really like goetta. In Kentucky we don't use meals breakfast , lunch , dinner , we have breakfast , dinner ( noon ) supper , no lunch or brunch , regional I guess.

I have never ate a weiner sausage sliced sandwich meat my mother stated she could never entice me to try. My curiosity has included bratwurst in my grocery list. I usually skip a recipe if those ingredients are listed! For the last number of years the only time i buy potatoes is when im having a family dinner but now im also including them in my grocery list. Would you share the sauce recipe you showed with the potatoes in the video? The details in your videos allow mr to follow the process with ease and know what my final product should look like. Can you give me advise on the type of knives you use? If your uncomfortable sharing a brand name thats fine just the name of the type of knife.
