This tokyo sushi restaurant, Kura Sushi Shibuya Station, offers customers the option to eat as much sushi as they want without having to leave their seat or speak to a person. This concept allows individuals to pay per plate and choose from a variety of premade sushi and sushi rolls and order their own custom desired items. At a cost of $1.50-$10 per plate you choose the item you want and take it off the Conveyor belt sushi line! The offering is nigiri (sushi) and maki rolls, there are no options for sashimi. The rollds featured spicy tuna rolls, salmon sushi, spicy salmon sushi, tuna, fatty tuna (otoro), mackeral, bonito and so many other fish and combinations! We only had about 30 minutes when we got seated in the restaurant, so we ate as much as we could before things closed down. It was super cool to eat sushi in tokyo japan and this was a memorable experience! Is it the best sushi in tokyo japan? How many plates did we eat? How does a professional eater not know proper sushi etiquette. Ginger between different fish to cleanse the pallete, don’t dip the rice in the soy sauce and don’t mix wasabi with soy sauce. Imagine if he went to an omikase and did this in front of the chef.

Just so you know, in places like that in Japan the soy sauce comes out slowly so you can pour it directly on the fish with no need to dip it. I think it would be easier to manage
