Be careful on these, as Ryan shows in the graph at 4:08 they have a 10dB(!) boost at 150Hz...and that is over the Harman Target which is already pretty bassy. They look like Takstar/Audiotechnica/Sony studio cans but they sound nothing at all like them. Think 2008 Monster Beats blooming bass. I bought a set without paying attention to that and they are useless to me. I think what confused me in the reviews is the use of "Better" bass when what they mean is "More" bass. My background is home audio speakers and on them when reviewers say better they usually mean how deep and well defined it is. In homes, the amount of bass is often determined by the room and placement. Over ear headphones do not vary much on different heads. While tastes vary, these will not sound at all like the recording itself on any head.
