dough ingredients:
105 grams milk
30 grams sugar
3 grams instant yeast
1 egg yolk
200 grams bread flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
20 grams butter
40 grams wheat flour
1 teaspoon black sesame
40 grams water
Cream :
2 egg yolks
35 grams sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
200 grams milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
150 grams whipped cream
1 tablespoon sugar
Bake at 190°C for 20 minutes
