it depends on the situation, if theres a lot of downwards stairs then it will be good to stay sliding while thats happening

​@aidem1433yeah, you get quicker when in air while sliding. And sliding on stairs down makes you really quick, if you release sprint button you'll be even quicker, for some reason.
