I was going to say the same thing. It's balanced around having 1% scaling for the direct damage, giving it scaling for other stats makes it hit so hard.

2:16 It's additive. I looked in the code. The game can do both for different stats. But in this case the percentages are summed and then the decision is made once for each item.

I am going to recommend 3x Druid again. Not to oversell it, but there are tensions in gameplay (needing to snowball, but also snowballing hurting you in the moment and going forward) that I find really interesting. Plus dodging is much more complicated. I’ve found that it requires much more of my active attention at every stage of the game than other combination runs.

If cursed has the ability to give you varied damage stats on weapons or different %values on items, does this also apply to cursed enemies? For example is the health/damage of a cursed enemy always the same or does it vary from the same enemy that is cursed does anyone know?

@@cantbedeleted You can pretty easily avoid killing any enemies in Wave 1 by running away, and the starting -100% damage just further enables the character's gimmick. Using the palms makes it even easier, as you'll push them away a lot if you do hit them. The hardest part is remembering that you aren't supposed to kill enemies as the Pacifist.
