South Asia are 100% Asian But when people talk about "classic/oriental Asia looks" People often referred to East Asia and 80% of the time includes southeast Asian. The one who use chopsticks when eating food, who use soy sauce in their cooking, eat noodles a lot etc etc

Im from SE asia and I agree. When people think of Asia, their mind jumps to Japan or China or Korea. Usually thats it. But Asia is a huge lovely pot of different countries and cultures and food. Even some of those in East Asia get overlooked, like Mongolia

The roti is called parotta. It is spun in circles a lot of times and layered, and then beaten a lot after it comes off of the pan, which makes it so flakey
